Bad online integration. Scheduled windshield replacement due to time constraints. Was told at appointment that the part wasn't ordered and schedule a later appointment. At the later appointment I was told the part wasn't ordered. They were unable to make good on repair.

Someone broke into my car on 7/14. I was able to get it quickly replaced on 7/15. Auto glass now was cheaper than my insurance deductible by almost $200. The technician was kind, and empathetic to what happened, he even carefully removed the tape and plastic covering i had to temporarily place on my car. After what happened, I really appreciated his kindness. I would definitely recommend these guys again.

This was a very smooth experience. Booking online was easy. They kept in contact the whole way through. The tech that showed up was friendly and communicated with me via text as I requested. They completed the job in a timely manner. Completing the paperwork and the payment was quick and easy. Overall I will say I was extremely please with the service and plan to use them in the future.

Great service. Most importantly the best price in town. Great staff and very respectful. Very happy with the windshield they put in my truck.

Front desk lady "F" very nice, welcoming, and very understanding, although when my back windshield was fixed here March 5th the glass was left behind, which if im not mistaking they charge us to dispose the glass and clean what glass is left behind but glass was left in my vehicle after service.
